Prospects Hockey announce presence on Day 2.

BRAINTREE – If one double-digit win was not enough, Prospects Hockey Premier backed up their Day 1 showing at the 2021 Pre-Draft Showcase in similar fashion posting a 10-0 victory over the Boston Jr. Whalers to start Day 2 on Saturday at Thayer Academy in Braintree.

There as a narrow margin at the halftime break after a pair of late goals left the Prospects ahead 2-0 going into the locker room. Thor Martin and Matt Harris with the scores. The second half, however, was a much different story.

Two goals would have been enough as Tyler Temoyan kept things closed down all game from the Prospects net, but that did not stop the offense from putting forth an explosion in the game’s second half. Eight times they lit the lamp to post their second straight 10-0 victory.

In total, seven of the Prospects were credited with multiple points, a quartet of which led the way with three apiece. Zach Crain (3G), Byron Hartley (2G, 1A), Nathan Rabadam (2G, 1A) and Patrick O’Connell (3A) all tied atop the game’s scoring lead.
