Leadoff win for 2010 Swans.

FOXBORO – New England Pro-Am Hockey’s Women’s Chowder Cup made its return to the late Friday morning. The first win at the 2024 edition of the tournament went to WC Swans, who defeated the TeamONE 6-3 in U14 division play at the Foxboro Sports Center.

The Swans went to work quick, opening a 3-0 lead to start the game’s opening half on goals from Victoire Devillers, Lia Spremullo and Lia Deluca. The two sides traded goals in the closing minutes of the frame to send the game to the half at 4-1.

It was an even up second as both sides put away a pair to bring the game to its 6-3 Swans victory.

Riley Bergeron finished with a game-high three points. The Swans forward credited with two goals and one assist.

Netminder Margaux Devillers was credited with the win.
