FOXBORO – CWE (White) finished their Jr. A Elite division, preliminary round stint at the 2025 Pre Draft Showcase an even 1-1-1 on Saturday afternoon. They rounded out their record with a 5-0, shutout victory over Little Rhody/DMV Hockey at the Foxboro Sports Center.
While CWE had some breathing room in the end, it was a tight contest though the opening 25-minutes. The eventual victors carrying just a 1-0 advantage on a Phil Aube goal into halftime.
Out of the break, CWE’s offense scorched their foes for four to run away with the 5-0 victory.
All five of CWE’s goals came from a different scorer, Aube joined in the scorers’ column by teammates Anthony Roy, Eli Underhill, Preston Peterson and Thomas Curri.
Peterson (1G, 1A) was credited with a game-high two points, while Pierre Bazire was credited with the shutout for CWE.
