FOXBORO –It was a 5-0, 2009 Elite division win for the Quebec Prospects when they met Top Shelf on Day 2 of the 2024 Jr. Chowder Cup.
All of the game’s scoring damage came in its opening half. Five times Quebec lit the lamp in the first frame to all but put the game away. Malik L’Italien, scored twice and then one apiece for Loik Collin, Louis-Etienne Halley and William Sandiford.
Led by goaltender Izaac Roy, the defense took over for Quebec to keep the clean sheet intact and round out the shutout victory at 5-0.
