FOXBORO – To start off the final day of pool play at the 2023 Pre-Draft Showcase, the Roc City Elite Young Guns posted a 3-2, College Open win over Coaches Choice in the early hours of Saturday morning at the Foxboro Sports Center.
After winning both their Friday contests, Roc City made it three-in-a-row on the strength of a two-goal showing from Grayson Podey. Teammate Wylie Welch also had a pair of points in the victorious effort, contributing a pair of assists, while James Burnham contributed the third Roc City score.
Logan Brown was credited with leading the Coaches Choice offense, with a goal and an assist to their stat line.
