DEDHAM – The Boston Knights made it two-in-a-row at the 2023 Pre-Draft Showcase as they shutout Townshend Hockey Selects 6-0 on Saturday morning at Boch Ice Arena.
Shorthanded. On the power play. Five-on-Five. The Knights’ offense did it all against Townshend as they put up three on the board in the first and another three in the second. Daigo Hotta notched the shorthanded score. Danny Collins and Steve Streeter both scored on the power play. Then Collins joined Tyler Barnes and Ryan Hodgin as the even strength scorers for Boston.
Not only was it the Knights’ second straight win, it was also the second straight shutout for netminder Aiden Emerick.
