Turner, Jacques headline Women’s Chowder Cup coaches.

When New England Pro-Am Hockey’s Women’s Chowder Cup returns to the ice this summer for the second consecutive year, some of the top women’s coaches in the area will behind its benches.

Courtney Turner, coming off her first season as head coach at Hingham High School (Hingham, MA), has recently been named the Executive Director of the Boston Lady Whalers and will coaching with the program that took home the NextGen Division championship at the 2022 Women’s Chowder Cup.

Jessica Jacques, who is the girls hockey program director for the Boston Shamrocks, is also the director of TeamONE. She will helm the bench of TeamONE squads making their Chowder Cup debut in 2023 in all four age divisions.

Back after 10 years in 2022, the Women’s Chowder Cup has already doubled in size for the 2023 edition coming up in June.
