ATTLEBORO – With the preliminary round of the 2025 Jr. Chowder Cup drawing to a close, TSH Selects and the Northeast Generals played to a draw on Saturday evening at the New England Sports Village. A 2-2 split decision.
A tie was a fitting result as neither side could gain any sort of marked advantage throughout the contest. The Generals held just a 1-0 advantage at the end of the first half. The frame’s lone goal coming at 7:52, credited to Hunter Cronin.
The Northeast lead grew to 2-0 in the second on a Connor Mantegia goal at 13:22. From there, TSH rallied.
Sean Lyon put them on the board at 16:11 of the second. Declan Foley netted the equalizer at 18:08, bringing about the 2-2 final.
