CANTON – Tournament season is underway. New England Pro-Am Hockey’s 2022 Pre-Draft Showcase kicking off on Friday morning at the Canton Ice House with a 7-0 win scored by Roc City Elite over GMU Sports.
Roc City did not waste much time in getting their tournament scoring started, Brayden Naumann opening things up just minutes into the contest. It was the first of two in the half for Naumann, who was joined on the scoresheet with tallies by teammates Jack Woodhead and John Brandt to make it a 4-0 Roc City lead at the intermission.
Well ahead, Roc City added to their total for good measure, getting another from Brandt and a goal each from Ian Alonso and Hudson Small to round out the 7-0 victory.
Michael Foglia was credited with the shutout in the Roc City net.
