Coaches Choice takes down Mustangs, 3-1.

FOXBORO – Coaches Choice scored a Jr. A division win on Friday at the Foxboro Sports Center when they defeated the Ogden Mustangs 3-1.

The two sides traded scores early in the opening minutes of the contest. Sean Bradley (4:42) for Coaches Choice and Jack Herron (5:11) for the Mustangs set the score at a 1-1 draw that lasted through the halftime break.

While Herron’s score was all there was for the Mustangs, the Coaches Choice offense still had two more goals left in them: Tyler Carter (3:28) and a power play goal by Matt Anastasio (14:38). Will Ralsten assisted on both to lead the game with two points.

Primo Baldassarre kept things lockdown from the Coaches Choice net, Herron’s early score the only blemish to his record in the victory.
