Adirondack notched third win of tourney.

FOXBORO – The Adirondack 46er Hockey Club opened their third day of play at the 2021 Jr. Chowder Cup with their third win of the tournament. They defeated CWE ’06 3-1 on Saturday morning at the Foxboro Sports Center.

Adirondack started early, Landon Duprey getting the scoring going less than a minute into the contest, followed up by a goal from Sheldon Cassidy about five minutes later. Gino Larusso did score in the waning minutes of the opening half to get CWE on the board, but it was their first and only goal of the contest.

Michael Donie added to the 46er’s lead, upping it to 3-1, when he scored near the midpoint of the second half, while Joey Mitchell thwarted all CWE attempts from the Adirondack net to secure the victory.
